Agatha Loflin (nee Canale) of Pleasantville, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2021 at her residence in Villa Raffaella.
Born in Bargaintown, NJ to Anthony and Grace Canale. A longtime resident of Atlantic County, Aggie enjoyed trips to the casino, dining out, walking on the boardwalk, reading, doing puzzles and watching Lawrence Welk.
Aggie is predeceased by her husband Clyde; sisters Ida Scutti, Lena Donato, Mary Kamrad, Dee Fisher and Fran Leichner; brothers Anthony, Charles and Domenic Canale and son-in-law Bob Cole. She is survived by her sister Grace Sullivan and by her children: Clyde and Elinor Loflin, Janet Cole, Sandy and John Parker; her grandchildren; Matthew and Lyndi Cole, John and Keileigh Parker, and great-grandchildren; Nathan and Natalie Cole.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated for Agatha Loflin 10:00am Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church 2651 Atlantic Avenue, Atlantic City. Following Mass, the Rite of Committal will be offered at Holy Cross Cemetery 5061 Harding Highway (Route 40), Mays Landing. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Villa Raffaella, 917 Main Street, Pleasantville, NJ 08232. Arrangements by the Gormley Funeral Home LLC. AC. (gormleyfuneralhomellc.com) .
